Personal Favorites on the Menu

Who says you need to be in the same room to enjoy great food?

For our August team dinner, we took a virtual taste of our personal favorites, shared laughs, and showed off a few yummy finds along the way. Good vibes and full plates all around!

Let’s start off with Karen’s pick: a mix of comforting bites — pork giniling (savory ground pork sautéed with vegetables) and chicken feet humba (braised chicken feet in sweet soy sauce). She also had a few pieces of sushi and fresh sliced pineapple to round out her meal.

Next, Julienne went for a flavorful spread, featuring chicken BBQ, grilled bangus (milkfish), and classic hotdogs. She balanced the savory flavors with pineapple, cucumber salad, and a sweet treat of homemade mango chocolate graham ice cream.

Here’s Maggy, who indulged in rich, creamy carbonara topped with crispy fried pork belly. She also enjoyed a Caprese-style salad with burrata and a classic Caesar salad — a colorful and refreshing complement.

Coralie went for a mix of savory and sweet: tender grilled pork belly bites, savory sotanghon guisado (stir-fried glass noodles with veggies and little bits of meat), and a box of local sweet treats — creamy coconut pudding (front), caramel-topped cassava cake (middle), and ube biko, a sticky rice cake with purple yam (back).

Finally, nothing beats wrapping up a wonderful evening with some lighthearted fun together — whether it’s sharing laughs, relaxing conversations, or snapping a few group photos to capture the memories.

These small moments go a long way in strengthening our bond as a team and reminding us that beyond the work, it’s the connections we build that truly matter.
